I'm a 17 year old girl and i'm still in the closet. I hangout with three other girls who are huge supporters of gay rights, feminism etc. but they always make jokes towards eachother about being gay. Like my one friend will be like 'why are you doing this do you have a lesbian crush on me'. And they do it a lot, and for some reason it really annoys me. Like, they're making a joke out of it without realizing that I actually do like girls and it just feels shitty to have them be joking about it because never in a million years could they be gay. Am I being too sensitive? I mean, if they knew I was into girls I doubt they would say those things as much, but still/: I feel like in a way it's homophobic, because my one friend does it all the time. Like, we accidently brushed hands and she was like oh that was awkward..are you gay? In a sarcastic way. Most of the time they will say something like omg are you a lesbian and then laugh really hard.
