surgery around the area? well my mom was tring to scare me away the idea of get a tatoo so she told me that if i did a tatto some medical institutions or doctors woud not do an emergency surgery or whatever because of the tattoo also that i woudnt be able to do some health chekups so i want to know what is true about that or what isnt so hey thanks for reading im hoping to get my tatoos very soon but i just want to be shure of making those

Tattoos don't discourage md's from saving your life unless you are getting a racial signia, then maybe they won't like it.

NO this is not true. tattoos are just pigments (dye) in the skin. YOU will not be able to give blood for a year because some of the ink will still be in your blood and the red cross wants any infections(HIV) to show up if there are any. If you get a tattoo from a professional there is no need to worry about infections.
