so ive just switched over to t mobile from sprint....ppl from t mobile said i could use my same phone from sprint as long as my phone required a sim card...i got my sim card from t mobile not to long ago and i put it in my s4 and nothing works...it just says invalid sim card...so i called t mobile about the problem and they said i needed to unlock my sprint phone and doing that i needed to have sprint do it....so i called sprint and they said that they dont do that and my phone wouldnt be able to work on t mobile anyways being that it was a different type of phone or whatever...so i called back t mobile and now they told me to go online and look for a code(sounded like they didnt know what the hell they are talking about) and now im stuck with a phone with no service...
