is it a good idea to still weight lift and run wile still taking martial arts?

hello. ive been woring out at my local gym (regular, not martial arts gym). ive been weight lifting and running daily. now im looking to start trainning in bjj and boxing. should i still lift weights and run and my local gym as well as train in bjj and boxing? or should the workouts be enough from bjj and boxing? my concern is if i continue to runn and weight train ill be to tired to perform at bjj and boxing practice? so how do i do this? im asking martial artist to see how to train properly. thank you all for your answers

One thing to keep in mind is ROM "range of motion". If your going for BJJ make sure not to become muscle bound.Flexability is very important in BJj.
