Ipod 5th Gen wont let me downgrade from a iOS 6.1.3 to a 6.1.2 PLEASE HELP!?

I had to system restore my ipod to get rid of my jailbreak and now I want it back but I evasi0n doesnt work with iOS 6.1.3 and redsnow doesnt work for Ipod 5th gen :(
