I have lost interest in music now that I'm older--is this normal?

Music was such a big part of me growing up. I've sung in choirs as a youngster, I'd played the guitar a bit, and until fairly recently, have been writing a few songs here and there, too.

But one thing hit me today: I don't feel as interested in it anymore. It wasn't a gradual realization. I think the gnawing feeling started when I hard drive crashed a few weeks ago, and had not mourned the loss of the thousand-plus songs I've been curating for the better part of the last 5 years. I feel lighter--almost relieved. I realized the upkeep was stressful.

I'm now in my '30s, and am now more interested in pursuing other, more physically grueling activities. Is this normal?
Contemplating on selling my guitar, too. It's gotten to that point. :-S
