So basically, I have a ton of cords behind my TV including my TV itself, the cable, DVR box as well as the Xbox and PS3. So I was going through my cords trying to eliminate some of them and I found out that the Satellite In 1 as well as the Satellite In 2 cords were plugged in. What are the chances that I can just eliminate one of them and have it still have all the same functional capabilities as it would with both? I am trying to think of what the difference with both of them would be and the only thing I can come up with is when the installation guy came in, he would have hooked up the old box cable which was just a basic Directv Box (Not HD) as well as the new one for the DVR both to the DVR. Does anyone have any input on this situation?
