I get a red rash on the bottom edges of my mouth after eating spicy and

salty foods. Does anyone know why? It goes away after about a half hour but it is extremely embarrassing because it turns so red! It is not itchy and if I didn't look in the mirror I wouldn't even know it was there. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this annoying rash?
