I downloaded some ringtones on my computer how do I transfer them to my LG Optimus 2?

I have an LG Optimus 2 and I downloaded some ringtones on my computer. My computer doesn't have bluetooth. And I am with ACS (Alaska Communications Service)
How do I get them on the phone?
I don't know what folder to put them in! None seem to work, if any of you USB users have done this please explain

If you can mount your phone to your computer through a usb charger you can add them right in to a folder on your phone.
