Okay here's the story. A friends of mine have me BlackBerry Storm 9500 a few days ago, to fix it. It is not his phone but from his friend. After a few days I fixed the issue 513, the white screen of death, and now I started it and I see that it's on German and there's a password to enter. I have the password but I'm typing it and it says Keine Über...stein I don't know something like that which means No Match. I tried so many times and no results. Can I do something to unlock it, like to reinstall it or I don't know, because it'll be really stupid to give his phone back and if he can't unlock it he can't use it and it'll look like I did a half job. I have maximum two days left. Help me somehow, I updated it with the latest software and this is my first time to get hands on BlackBerry.
