I am a food and nutrition teacher i suspect that this girl in my class...?

has bulimia and i was wondering if a cut on her knuckle is another sign of this eating disorder. I asked the class to make a food dairy for a week and a half and she only ate dinner but it was a lot of junk food. I mean a lot, but she won't eat anything in class.

I dont know about cuts, but acid burns on the fingers and knuckles is not uncommon in bulemia bacause of the stomach acid coming in contact with the skin so often.
