I have a home stereo system i got from walmart. It has 2 seperate speaker boxes and a center box with the display and knobs and such.

I want to know how I should go about wiring them into my truck OR if thats even feasible. Ive been reading that if its 8ohm i should wire them parallel but that would mean i couldnt fade it. Which really doesnt matter because i drive a standard cab pickup so theres not much fading there. Anyway I jsut want to know:
How do i go about installing these 2 home stereo speakers into my truck and connect them to my stereo in the truck. Also I dont have any kind of fancy amp that im aware of everything is stock. So where do i connect the wires to? Thanks in advance
so in order to do this would i have to get an amplifier....? or how can i make this work i guess is what I'm asking

this won't work. your car cannot generate enough volts, or amps to make the speakers work without the wiring harness melting.
