My father has this hooked up to a mac and I was curious who knew what I should be looking for when trying to get the most out of the internet connection... Also, does anyone know the ballpark estimates of data packages for Verizon fios in the New Jersey area?
The reason for this is I want to check the upload/download speeds they promised and see that they are close to what my folks are getting.
Lastly I know that alot of factors affect the test, but I'm curious if anyone can clue me in as to what the basics of bandwidth is, download/upload speed is, and how the relate and effect the end user...
Possible settings and configuration methods for this router and how you get to the router config settings would be great.. New at this... sorry for all the questions.
