How to make solar mobile charger?
I want to make a solar charger for my mobile....I want to charge my 3.7 v Lithium-ion battery near about 1500 mah....The solar panel would be about "6-7 volts and 200-250 mA"... or "6 Volts-3 Watts-400mA"..
which instruments will i need...I have average knowledge of electronics..How can i limit current & voltage that is required for my battery...And i am confused whether the output voltage from panel is filtered Dc or unfiltered DC?...Which electrical components will i need?How can i prevent passage of overvoltage and overcurrent?Can i make it a USB charger?
Please tell me details about it...If there are sites where clear instructions are given then please give link also....
