First, my bittorrent speed was like 64 kbps 
then i downloaded the Cheat Engine 6.1 which helped to turn it into 100-115 kbps. which is just average.. it just worked on some torrents.. i want speed like everyone has.. 300-400 kbps.. and i know about seeders so please suggest something else such as softwares, websites and other thing that will turn the speed to 300-400 kbps minimum..
