Its a 1998. It has the dreaded 2.7. However, the engine was rebuilt last month, the battery, brakes, and paint job are all also brand new. There's only 100,800 miles on the odometer. My old car was a 1999 Taurus with 186,000 miles. I know tauruses transmissions are crappy, but mine was replaced a couple years ago so I never had a problem. Since my engine in the intrepid is brand new, do u think I could trust this car? I bought it 4 days ago. My dads a mechanic and everything else checked out alright. I'm still a little paranoid because I know intrepids are known lemons.
