I have been on warfarin for nearly 4 years i am 18 and my INR is so unstable it is unreal its either really low 1.2 or really high, so high that the labs cant read the clotting time so my INR is >20. the hematologist has told me i am going to have a major bleed if this carries on or a stroke. i was wondering bcoz am not that old actually how much of risk i am to have a stroke or a bleed as i understand that it is only common in older patients taking this drug.
