How do our run my amp preout wire from Head Unit to Boot on a BMW E46 (2001 325i)?

Please can someone tell me how I can run my amp preout wire from Head Unit to Boot on a BMW E46 (2001 325i)?

I have taken out my headunit, but am struggling to see how I can run it out of the dash to the rear.

Please can someone help!
