So i just bought a new iPhone 4s recently and i can't seem to get an apple id. My email address has already been confirmed, but whenever i want to access the apple store it takes me to a review page where i have to jot down my visa card details. So i did that, but it keeps saying that the details are incorrect and i need to use a different payment method. what do i do? please assist.
