How can i use mobile hot spot on my galaxy 2 (t-mobile) at no charge.?

I use the internet alot, i have unlimited internet... But most of the work i do on my phone always ends up saying i need some program install, or that my phone is not supported by an app..So now i would like to know if anyone is using or has used hot spot with t-mobile smsg galaxy 2 at NO CHARGE...

Well. If u use someone else's hotspot. Then it should show up as wifi...typically. So there shouldn't be any charge. But I don't see why it would matter since you have unlimited Internet
