How can I obtain my own IP address even though the Internet service did

not offer us to have static IP address? I need to have my own IP address for my videophone, so I can give out my relations. It is hard time for me to keep giving them each time the IP address changes. I have asked my Internet Service Provider (ISP) about assign me a static IP address, but they said that they did not offer us to have static IP address at time. I am assigned dynamic IP address. If you are asking to choose other ISP, but I have only 1 ISP that high-speed internet access in my area. Any idea?

You have to change your ISP to get static ip address instead of dynamic ip . I don't know whether other solution is available for you .Or else, you have to stay with your present ISP to get good internet access . If you want to check your ip address , visit the site Ip-details.com
