How can I delete android system apps. or how to root TSD A518?

I've got Chinese android phone TSD A518. it has some kind of system Security antivirus QQsecurity already installed. I think it blocks the Internet access and I would like to delete it, also I know that in order to delete system apps I need to root the device but I don't know How to root this phone. Does anyone know how to root this kind of phone or delete system app without rooting. Please help me
