i bought a used blackberry bold 9000 and it was working fine but 3 days later when i was charging my phone in the car after i took the phone off the charger 5 minutes later it turned off and now it won't turn on. when i take the battery off then put it back on the red light comes for like 10 seconds then it blinks 4 times then it does it again and turn off. my BB DM would not connect now to my phone but it would give the PIN for the phone and tell me options of retry, update or cancel. but it wont turn on the phone. when i try to update it asks me for a password but i dont know what the password is! the wall charger does exactly the same thing as taking the battery off and putting it back on. please some one help me find out how to turn the phone on just so i can get my save my stuff on the PC. please try to give me step by step how to fix it because im not so good with the BB or familiar with BB DM.
