Help. I have invisalign but the dentist said i need to get a ruber band put in to?

ugh ok so i just got back from the dentist and i have invisalign he said i need to get a rubber band put in on one of my teeth in the front. How will this work if i have invisalign?? also will it be visible because i have a dance the week im getting the rubber band put in...a picture would be great thanks and do the rubber bands come out?-sorry if that's a stupid question...
