nutrition...? I am 14 years old, a girl, i weigh about 127 pounds, and am like 5'4''.
breakfast: 1 waffle (a yeast waffle, if that makes a difference), and the waffle was pretty thin, with 2 straberry slices on it
lunch: 1 container of key lime pie flavored yogurt (170 calories), several apple slices, a couple carrot sticks
snack: 1 banana, 4-5 walnuts (they were walnut halves, i believe)
and tonite for dinner, my parents are making homade pizza (with part skim mozzerella, and probably some ham (lunch meat), with pineapple chunks.the slices are somewhat smaller than what u would get at a normal pizza place, i think.
is that too much calories?????????? thanks
