Good sci fi movies/tv shows?

I've been looking through netflix for good sci fi and or fantasy tv shows or movies and all I can find is horror. Does anyone know good non horror sci fi? I really enjoyed shows like stargate, star trek, and eureka. I've always liked medieval movies and stuff like star wars and star trek. Anyone have any suggestions?

I really like Warehouse 13. I think there is a little bit of a crossover with it and Eureka.

Buck Rogers is a very entertaining and well done show, but its old and idk if its on netflix.

I love Doctor Who (2005 series and afterward). It's AWESOME.

Battlestar Gallactica is pretty cool, as is the series Firefly.
