A fire ban has been reinstated for the towns of Cudworth and Wakaw, Resort Village of Wakaw Lake, Wakaw Lake Regional Park, and the Rural Municipalities of Hoodoo #401 and Fish Creek #402. One Arrow First Nation has also instituted a ban on open fires. The bans came into effect on Friday, April 26th and includes small fire pits as well as the burning of brush piles, stubble, and the like.
