Do i need to upgrade my PSU if i am jumping from a NVIDIA FX 5200 to an 8800 GT?

here are all my system spcs. i might throw in a better proccessor on top of it. and kind of a side question, with both of those new things, do you think this system would be able to run the more modern games, such as Crisis, and others on decent settings? Okay, here they are.
