what is the difference between the two?? i also need the recipes FOR BOTH with detailed instructions cooking time, utensil size, preferably in US measuring units (cups, spoons,etc)
i dont have a dhokla steamer so i use a vessel with water with a strainer on top...n place the dhokla pan in the strainer, is this setup going to affect my dhokla too much??
