Connect Stereo Bluetooth Headphone with windows xp Laptop?

Hi.. I Bought a SX-910A Wireless bluetooth stereo headphone. Im Unable to pair it with my laptop which has windows xp service pack 2 OS.. Please help me in understanding how to pair it with my laptop.. I almost tried eversite saying How to Connect Bluetooth stereo headphones to PC.. So i need some real help here..

you need to set the laptop as master or sender & the headphones as receiver. you do need to have the updated drive & set it up in the bluetooth in the control panel, if the frequency is shared by wifi then you can only use 1 but not both. sorry
