Can I use my USB Digital TV ATSC tuner to watch Dish Network on my computer?

I got one of these things because I wanted to get rid of my TV and just use my monitor as my TV to watch Dish Network. On one side, it's USB, on the other, it's an antenna input. My Dish Network cord coming from my wall is an antenna output, and I thought it would just work like that. Is there a way to do that? if I have to download some more software or something, why not. I'll do it. Thanks.
