I used swagbucks to get a $5 paypal gift card..and my paypal account has been limited so i cant receive or request money...does this affect whether or not i get the money? i thought the money would be automatically be deposited but now i am not sure.
Also if anyone uses swagbucks, are my entitled to a refund if i dont not recieve the money? If i change my swagbucks email address, will the money be deposited in the paypal account that was created with that email address?
