Can I return my Afterglow Bluetooth Headset?

Its becoming an annoyance to me. I can barely hear, the mic picks up EVERYTHING.

I want to know if i could return it.

I just have the Bluetooth without the box. I bought it as new. I lost the receipt and i got the bluetooth a long time ago (2-3 months ago). In under these circumstance i want to know if i could return it so i could buy a better bluetooth.
