Ok so I have been reading today about the way Android processes the input on the screen and also the rendering of pages that causes sluggish scrolling compared to Apple's iOS operating system. I'm not sure if this will make sense but the only known way of fixing this sluggish behaviour would be to completely rebuild Android, would that also include re-writing the Linux Kernel?
If that doesn't make sense its because I dont really have an understanding on what a Linux Kernel is?
