Allyson Felix returns to the track battling it out for more medals, Phil Dalhausser and Nicolas Lucena face a monster in their first elimination game and Simone Biles looks for more hardware on Day 10 of the Rio Olympic Games.

Morning slots:
NBC’s daytime coverage starts at 10 a.m. with track and field action. Medals will be handed out in the women’s hammer throw and women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase, where American Emma Coburn will be contending for a medal. Also on deck in the morning will be the women’s 200-meter qualifying heats and men’s 400-meter hurdles.
If you want to move away from track for a while, 2012 silver medalist Haley Anderson of the U.S. will be swimming in the women’s 10K open water event on NBCSN after the steeplechase.
If that doesn’t interest you, women’s field hockey enters the quarterfinal round with New Zealand facing off against Australia on the USA Network at 9 a.m. Also on the USA Network is equestrian with the individual dressage gold medal final.
Afternoon slots:
The U.S. women’s field hockey team will be in action on NBCSN at 11:30 a.m. ET, who have reached the elimination round of the tournament. The Americans will need to shake off a loss against Great Britain to beat Germany in the quarterfinals.
The U.S. men’s volleyball team will also be in action, having come back from an 0-2 start to put itself back into knockout round contention. The U.S. will face Mexico around noon.
At 1 p.m. ET, Greco-Roman wrestling will be featured on MSNBC. Following that coverage will be men’s handball with France taking on Denmark in group play.

NBC will feature sprint canoe/kayak and synchronized swimming at 2:30 p.m., but the headliner of the slot will the Phil Dalhausser and Nicolas Lucena taking on top-seeded Alison and Bruno Schmidt of Brazil in quarterfinal action of beach volleyball.
Ending the daytime slots will be men’s track cycling starting at 4 p.m. ET.
Primetime slots:
Men’s basketball starts off the night on NBCSN at 6 p.m. ET, when Spain will be taking on Argentina. Spain is attempting to build on a two-game winning streak, while the Argentine players are coming off an emotional double-overtime victory against host nation Brazil.
Starting at 8 p.m. ET, NBC starts its prime time coverage with track and field events from Olympic Stadium. Men’s pole vaulting and the men’s 800-meter race will start the night off, but American sprinter Allyson Felix will look to collect her seventh medal in the 400-meter sprint.

If you want to kill time before Felix hits the stage, Greco-Roman wrestling, weightlifting and gold medal boxing is on NBCSN at 8 p.m. ET.
After the track events, NBC goes back to the gymnastics arena, where more individual events will take place. Men’s ring and vault will lead off the events, but Simone Biles will end the night on the balance beam, where she is a two-time world champion.
