I am looking to purchase a new car in a few months and I am torn between what to get. I want a nice car, that is going to last me a while and looks and feels great. I have always liked Subaru Legacy's however I am reading conflicting reliability and maintenance reviews. Hondas are great cars as far as resale, reliability and safety. Does anyone have any intelligible input regarding cost of ownership, reliability and overall value between these two? If you had to choose one, which would would you choose? Please don't respond with how you like one or the other without a reason as that's a useless response, thank you!
