I recently purchased a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited with the 45rfe? Transmission. Ever since I bought it if I brake too hard hard it shudders and occasionally stalls. I had a couple mechanics drive it and they didn't feel it. Finally, my check engine light came on with code p0841. I did tons of research and today replaced the solenoid as everyone recommended. The transmission shop said my fluid is good, level is good, and there was no metal. After replacing the part it still shakes somewhat upon stopping hard, but I could not get it to stall out at all. So it feels better, but not fixed all the way. I have no codes now, anyone have any ideas what it could be?
