when my phon c2-01 was updated then coming white screen and i was removing data cable from laptop and phon was dead power off

I think it may be due to the lighting differences from when your inside your skin looks brighter but outside different. I find this happens to me as well!

...looks white and cakey...helppp? when i apply tinted moisturiser i do it smoothly , i cleanse tone moisturise before ..why is this ?
