    which way is more effective to tone your butt: bike riding or squats? or is there a better way? it's just that I've tried squats but I just can't do it "right" and I'm not patient. but riding a bike is easier and I can actually feel that I'm working out my legs/butt.

    ...this a bad sign? I'm 27 years old and in excellent health. Is this popping noise similar to cracking your knuckles or am I causing damage? It's been happening for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid.
