which way is more effective to tone your butt: bike riding or squats? or is there a better way?
it's just that I've tried squats but I just can't do it "right" and I'm not patient. but riding a bike is easier and I can actually feel that I'm working out my legs/butt.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A BIGGER BUTT DOING SQUATS OR LOUNGES?
I really want to get a bigger butt but im scared if i try gaining weight its probably gonna go to my stomache and stuff so ill just exersize
so how long would this take? and do you know any other faster ways to do this?
...this a bad sign? I'm 27 years old and in excellent health. Is this popping noise similar to cracking your knuckles or am I causing damage? It's been happening for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid.
will i slim down my legs if i do squats and step up (with light weights)? How long do u think it would take me to see the results? I'm 17 in 3 months, 5'1 and weight about 50-51 kg.

When you use a muscle doesnt it always get bigger regardless?
