i was thinking of applying for the nrotc scholarship as a marine option midshipman. what are the physical requirements, when would i take the test?

I know you have to run 1 mile, complete as many pushups as you can in 1 minute, and as many curl ups in 1 minute, but what are the standards/requirements in each event to pass?
