phone doesnt say its charging? The mat beeps and everything, so im not sure what is wrong. Anyone have any ideas or a similar experience?

Every morning when I wake up, I have an email saying "your blackberry has been registered". It only happens when I charge with my Powermat and it always logs me out of Facebook and other stuff.

I have taken it to Verizon Wireless and a cell phone repair shop and they both have told me that the charger port can't be fixed. The phone works i just cant charger it. I was told recently that The Powermat would work.
