I put the mail in the postoffice mailbox today, Saturday, how long will it take for a person in California to recieve it?

If so, do I have to do anything else to turn it into a postcard?

Apparently I owe Hollywood Video a couple of late fees and they sent me a postcard/promotion card with a coupon to wipe the late fees if I rent again. It has in giant letters on the front "GET THOSE LATE FEES OFF YOUR BACK". On the other side "Rent from us and we'll erase your late fee...

Without it having a COA though, it would be worth much less. The hard thing about autographed memorabilia, is proving it's authenticity...
