are hair supplements that contain biotin safe while pregnant? This supplement also contains other vitamins and minerals, some in which are in my prenatel vitamins. Should I just take a biotin supplement to be safe or is biotin dangerous as well?

I really want to grow out my hair and i want it to grow fast. But i also want something good for my skin and nails. but i heard the hair skin and nails one doesnt work as well for your hair like the ultra nourishair does. So which one should i get ? or should i get both ?

Has anyone tried it with positive results in hair growth?
