The chili is mainly ground beef, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and kidney beans. But I wanted to substitute the elbow macaroni for something healthier.
Thought of spaghetti squash or sauteed cabbage with onions.
Would one work better than the other or are there any other options?
