I'm trying to come up with a number of servings.

And also, if i use bread crumbs can i use the Italian ones or just regular ones? i dont care about being healthy. i just want something delicious can i used shredded cheese?

The chili is mainly ground beef, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and kidney beans. But I wanted to substitute the elbow macaroni for something healthier. Thought of spaghetti squash or sauteed cabbage with onions. Would one work better than the other or are there any other options?
