ok i got LG ku900i when put the phone mode into mass storage then i plug the usb to the phone the phone just turns off !!!! does any one now why????

My sister just got this phone, and when you click on a song it pauses for a bit then comes up with the message 'Not supported'. I assume that this may mean that the wma format isn't supported? If so, is there any way to convert the songs to a compatible format or could anyone suggest any other...
