My horn doesn't work but i can hear it click when i push the steering wheel. Iv tried replacing the fuse an the relay and that didn't work, anybody know whats causing this?

Im thinking of buying a 2000 Sebring convertiable. It has a 2.5 V6 with alittle over 200k miles. It runs and drives fine. I Know the 2.7 are just junk. But what about these 2.5's? Any known tranny problems? Anything will help. Thanks

when i purchased the car the factory installed stereo did not work. i bought a new one, this came with a kit to hook it up right. and i still get no sound. my stereo turns on and plays my cd. but nothing comes out of my speakers. i know the speakers work because i tested them.
