Hi, I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a 4.7l powertech engine.my tail lights and park lights do not operate. But the brake lights and all 4 turn signals work. the park light circuit fuse under the dash is good. and i didnt check the bulbs yet but I dont see how all 6 bulbs are...

LH tail lights went out so I switch with RH circuit board to verify power to LH signal circuit board, confirming good wiring and power to it, but I have replaced LH circuit board twice and it fails to light up, are these circuit boards that bad or is something else going on?

Blower motor doesn't work at any speed. Checked voltage at blower motor with a test light (Not a DVOM, didn't have one on hand) light illuminated. Ground is ok. checked with known good blower motor out of the housing, when you turn the switch on the motor moves about an 1/8 inch and stops. I...
