everytime i try to burn a xgd3 game it i get a I/O error i press cancel then it starts to buffer and when it buffers to 100% but the device doesn't load and gets stuck at 0% how do i fix this.

Can someone tell me how? I am very frustrated. The site says Asian characters are not supported but it seems that there is a get around by putting a font file somewhere in the system.
