    How do I downmix and encode 5.1 DVD-A flac to 2.0 AAC?

    No other stuff, please: just a specific answer. I have a few DVD-A flac 5.1 rips, and I want to encode to VBR AAC 2.0, preferably but not necessarily with adjustable gain settings, etc, in the simplest possible way. So what do I do? Thanks.
