I looked up what "tar" is. It says that tar is made by distilling coal or Wood. But how could you distill coal or Wood? wouldn't the coal or Wood start to burn if you treat it with high temperatures? And how could you distill tar when it's flammable?
if you can do this im bout to get my ass down to new orleans and start fillin me up oil/water barrels. i figure if i can fill a barrel every ten to 15 minuets ill be makeing mad money when i sell my oil. there is straight up billions of dollars floating in that ocean and i want a piece of it...
